Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Partnerships team. This role is pivotal in driving Metana’s growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our vision of transforming digital education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities and develop strategies to engage and onboard new partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with Metana’s goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement tailored partnership programs.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Metana at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Passion for education technology and a commitment to lifelong learning.
